1. Do You Do International Shipping, How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Yes! We offer International Shipping, however, some places are a bit out of our reach so it may take longer to ship there.

2. Where Are Your Products Shipped From?

We ship from our partnered factories located in China. So, if you have ordered more than one item, your items will most likely come separately, a few days apart as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. Our shop's currency is all in USD though!

3. How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before we ship your item and orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 40 days. It depends on what you've purchased/where you live! You can contact us through our email, support@dogwoofers.com for specific shipping times and we will try and respond back in under 24 hours!

4. My Order Has Not Arrived Yet, Even Though You Guaranteed "40 Days" Shipping Max, why?

While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce. If it does not arrive by 6 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund GUARANTEED! :)

5. I have received only one of the items I purchased, why?

We ship from different parts of China using different carriers so some items may arrive earlier than others. Also, occasionally some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

6. What About Possible Customs Fees That Might Occur?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country (this very rarely this happens).

7. Will This Item Be Able To Arrive Before _________?

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. We recommend you buy it several weeks beforehand if wanting to give as a gift. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
