Refund/Cancellation Policy - DogWoofers

REFUNDS: We are happy to provide refunds for any defective/broken products or orders that have not arrived at our maximum time limit. Please contact us via the Contact Us Page if you'd like to request a refund or a reorder. Please allow our support team 48-72 hours to get back to you as we are usually very busy. We apologize, but we do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about making a purchase. However, we will do everything in our power to make sure you're happy with your item!

FAULTY ITEMS: If an item is faulty, please message us with photos of the damage and we will either 100% refund you or send you the product again(whichever one you choose)!

CANCELLATIONS: We apologize, but all sales are final. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase but we will try and help you out any way possible. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them. :)

RETURNS: Unfortunately, we currently don't offer size or color exchanges for our products. We are hoping to be able to do this in the future!

CUSTOMS ISSUES: We are not responsible for any customs issues. All issues or problems associated with customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and DogWoofers is not liable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a  customs agency.
